This is a unique boutique building of just 12 apartments. Located in the trendy and happening Mimo area. This modern building is less than 10 years old and has bathrooms and kitchens which feel like they are new! There is a park just half a block away which takes you directly onto the water, farmers market on a Saturday and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, easy reach to all the major roads. This building is so popular that everyone that stays doesnt want to leave!

The apartment itself is on the second level. You have an electric gate fob and designated parking space and an elevator which takes you directly up to your floor.

The apartment is spacious throughout, an open living room greets you as you enter, stunning black quality wooden floors dining table, queen sofa bed, perhaps one of the most comfortable on the market! A kitchen equipped with everything you can imagine, huge fridge/freezer, a hidden washer/dryer. TV and full wifi throughout. There is a balcony off of the living room with an additional outdoor dining set, so you have the choice!

The living room has a half bathroom too which is perfect for guests. The bedroom is a sea of tranquility! A comfy platform bed, new mattress which i personally find one of the most comfortable i have ever used! On suite shower room and a massive walk in closet. The tv is a smart tv and we have it hooked up to Netflix.

We provide linen, towels, and all the equipment you need in the kitchen. Just bring your tooth brush!

Mimo is a wonderful changing area! Amazing boutique hotels and apartments (of which we are one!). Fantastic unique restaurants. New Puerto Rican restaurant on the ground floor. Blue collar opposite is one of my favorite restaurants in Miami! Surrounded by supermarkets (within walking distance) convenience stores, parks, starbucks, panther coffee! direct routes to the 95, airport, 20 minutes to south beach, 15 minutes to downtown Miami and Brickell, 30 minutes to Aventura. 40 minutes to Fort Lauderdale, 10 minutes to the port of Miami.

1. We allow pets! $150 per pet per stay. Please notify us before the stay takes place to ensure that we can accommodate. Anyone found to have a pet that does not inform us (regardless of whether they are service pet or not) will automatically be charged $500.
2. No smoking is allowed under any circumstances. If the apartment smells of smoke a deep cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
3. We do not personally get involved with mail delivery. When a client stays for 3 months or more we will provide one mail box key. (Please organize this with us before you have mail sent as you may have to send to another unit number). Guests that send mail who stay less than 3 months will need to deal with UPPS directly to get your mail from the mailbox.
   Any arrangements for Fedex, UPS or any other mail provider will be the sole responsibility of the client.
4. Please provide the correct number of guests at times of check in. Failure to report guests will be charged at a set rate of $300 over your stay.
5. The lobby front door keys are custom made for the building. (They are commercial grade) Any key that is lost during your stay or is not left on check out will receive a recutting fee of $200. There maybe a delay of up to 48 hours to receive a replacement. (You are always given two sets at check in).

Maybe the coolest 1 bed in the building yet! We are going for a unique style. Modern with attitude! Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony off the living room, queen sofa bed and a half bathroom. In the bedroom you get a great king bed with the most comfortable mattress ever! On suite bathroom! What’s more secure designated parking with an elevator leading close to the apartment. It’s a small building, quiet and very comfortable.
