Please note this property consists of two buildings: the garage with an apartment above facing the front of the road. This is a completely separate building and will be rented separately. When you are renting this listing you get the house, the pool and parking but do not get the separate apartment. If you require the separate apartment too please inquire in terms of costs. The guests in the apartment do not have access to the parking or pool if rented separately. You will be the only guests using the pool.

Sitting back from the garage is the pool area. Behind the pool area is the 3 bed house looking onto the golf course.

GAMES ROOM:

We are delighted to offer our guests the converted garage. With ping pong table, air hockey table, large projector tv with Roku. Brand new a/c-heating split unit.

The Community:

• Reunion is a massive complex with world class golf courses
• In order to come into the complex our guests would be asked to go through one of 3 gate houses. Once checked in you can use the key fob to drive straight in.
• There is 24 hour security throughout the complex
• The complex ownership is between the golf club and the owners. The golf club owns the golf course and club house and several of the pools and waterpark. As owners we and our guests have access to the gym and 4 of the community pools. You also have access to 3 of the on-site restaurants. The use of the facilities of the golf club and facilities is controlled and operated by the club itself. For additional costs and restrictions we ask our guests to contact the club directly.

• Large Publix supermarket within a 10 minute drive

• Guests do not have access to the apartment above the garage with this listing. Sole use of private swimming pool and parking
