This is where Miami started and is designated as a historic location THE PROPERTY As you enter the property there is Kitchenette on the left, a dining table and 2 chairs on the right and sofa, directly in front of you. KITCHENETTE Contains microwave, 4 stove tops, under the counter fridge with a small freezer. We provide pots and pans, utensils, plates and glasses. BED The queen size beds sits behind the sofa facing away from the door. It enjoys an additional fan above the bed facing a tv screen. There is a chest of 6 drawers and a an area to hang your clothes. BATHROOM A sliding barn door separates the bathroom from the studio. The bathroom includes a toilet and a walk in shower. LISTING The listing is just for the guest house. There is also a main house on the same property although they are separate from each other. You will have sole use of the parking space which is directly in front of the guest house.
