The guest house is a studio with its own kitchenette, dining area, and queen size bed. It is a fantastic addition if you have family or friends who enjoy their own space.
You also enjoy 1 off street parking space.

LOCATION

The property is located in the heart of the design district in the Buena Vista Neighborhood. This is where Miami started and is designated as a historic location

THE HOUSE

• Large open plan living room with L shaped sofa, 65 inch tv, sound system and Roku with apps
• The open plan living room flows through the dining area that seats 4
• This in turn flows into the open plan kitchen which has a fully equipped kitchen with quality pots and pans and plates and glasses.
• Dishwasher, and brand new washer/dryer

MASTER BEDROOM

There is a small walkway from the living room if you turn left its bedroom 1 with a king bed and smart tv (40 inch)

BEDROOM 2

Turning right from the walk way off of the living room you will find bedroom 2 with a queen bed and office station with HD 32 inch monitor with a Roku connected

THE STUDIO
The owner is a designer and with this property you can tell! Every inch has been carefully thought through, to provide a unique property that you wont find anywhere else!

THE PROPERTY

As you enter the property there is Kitchenette on the left, a dining table and 2 chairs on the right and sofa, directly in front of you.

KITCHENETTE

Contains microwave, 4 stove tops, under the counter fridge with a small freezer. We provide pots and pans, utensils, plates and glasses.

BED

The queen size beds sits behind the sofa facing away from the door. It enjoys an additional fan above the bed facing a tv screen. There is a chest of 6 drawers and a an area to hang your clothes.

BATHROOM

A sliding barn door separates the bathroom from the studio. The bathroom includes a toilet and a walk in shower.

SURROUNDING

This is the new heart of Miami! It’s within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Just a 5 minute walk to the design district. Check out Vista which is a very unique area around NE 50th Street.

Midtown is within a 10 minute walk and has Starbucks, target, marshals, Trader Joe’s and many more stores and restaurants.

Wynwood is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive!

Downtown Miami and Brickell is a 10 minute drive.

We allow pets up to a maximum of 2. For each pet there is a non refundable deposit of $150 each. Even though we allow pets it is essential that we are informed that you are bringing pets at the time of booking.

If we are not informed of the pets or that the occupancy is higher than 6 guests we reserve the right to charge a one off fee of $500. Plus the booking may come to an immediate end with no refund.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and The Guest house 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, you have a kitchen in each. 6 guests can sleep comfortably between the two properties. Perfect for family and friends who want to be together but enjoy their own space too! Furnished to perfection.
