- Guest have access to the washer/dryer. Located in the garage.
- Guest have access to the 3 pools in the Reunion resort and restaurants.
- Golf courses and waterpark are privately owned and are not connected to the house.
- Street parking allowed for 1 car outside of the property. Any additional cars we suggest parking at designated parking spots on Excitement Drive (around 5 houses away).
The owners live in the main house. We leave our guests to enjoy the property nonetheless I am available via email throughout your stay and the owner will be available via text or phone.

This unique guest house has a style all its own. Located in the best resort in Kissimmee/Orlando area. The spacious apartment has everything you need. Fully furnished, with use of the onsite pool. The resort is just 6 miles away from Disney. The resort has 3 golf courses on site, 3 heated pools, restaurants, and just minutes away from supermarkets and shops. The guest house has a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, queen bed plus sofa bed. Bath with shower. Stay in comfort!

I needed an intermediary place for a month while relocating from South Florida to the Orlando market and this place was perfect. Resort amenities and restaurants on site, Publix grocery and most needed services during the month within a 3-5 minute drive, and Ken and his family could not be more polite, kind, accommodating, and friendly to me and regarding my stay. Highly recommend and will stay again should should the need arise to be in the area again. Great Host!!
We stayed here for a month and it was great! The area was nice and peaceful. The unit itself was great. Very clean and with all the amenities you needed. The kitchen was stocked full of pots, pans, and anything else you needed for cooking, which was really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
