This is a very walkable neighborhood. Design District, Midtown, and for those more adventurous it’s a 30 minute walk to Wynwood! There is a great little restaurant area called upper Buena Vista just 2 blocks away.
Driving: its just 15 minutes from the airport. Miami Beach 20 minutes, Beach 20 minute drive in several locations.
- We allow pets but we ask that we are advice which pets that you are bringing before arrival, breeds and sizes. There will be a compulsory non refundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay. We reserve the right to hold the security deposit in full if the pets are not declared prior to arrival and guests may be asked to leave and will be considered in breach of the contract without refund. Only cats that have been declawed will be considered.
- Guest house at rear. Totally separate building (does not share yard, only rear entrance walkway)
- Guests are now welcome to have there own driveway parking space by the guest cottage

Lovely home (all as pictured) and quiet neighborhood, a quick drive to get downtown or other parts of Miami. Harry was very responsive and check in/out was easy.
