As you enter the property there is Kitchenette on the left, a dining table and 2 chairs on the right and sofa. Directly in front of you.
The Kitchenette
Contains microwave, 4 stove tops, an under the counter fridge with a small freezer. We provide pots and pans, utensils, plates and glasses.
The bed
The full size beds sits behind the sofa facing away from the door. It enjoys an additional fan above the bed facing a tv screen. There is a chest of 6 drawers and a an area to hang your clothes.
The Bathroom
A sliding barn door separates the bathroom from the studio. The bathroom includes a toilet and a walk in shower.
The listing
The listing is just for the guest house. There is also a main house on the same property although they are separate from each other.
We have recently added a fenced area to this property so it physically separates the guest house from the main space.. You can now enjoy your own patio area directly in front of the house together with a designated off street parking space.
The Location
This is the new heart of Miami! It’s within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Just a 5 minute walk to the design district. Check out Vista which is a very unique area around NE 50th Street.
Midtown is within a 10 minute walk and has Starbucks, target, marshals, Trader Joe’s and many more stores and restaurants.
Wynwood is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive!
Downtown Miami and Brickell is a 10 minute drive.

15 minutes to the airport.
15 minutes to South Beach
15/20 minute drive to a beach
5 minute drive to Publix on Biscayne (local supermarket brand)

Harry’s place was as described. I enjoyed my daily walks to the Design District & Midtown. A few minor issues.
Très bon logement dans l’ensemble agréable et proche de tout, le quartier est très calme. Rien a redire sur le logement en lui même a part peut être le manque de certains équipements mais le seul vrai point noir est le fait que il n’y ai pas de terrasse utilisable comme présente sur les photos car cet emplacement sert de place de stationnement pour le logement principal.
The place was not as stylish or comfortable as described. The room was poorly maintained, lacked privacy, and was not properly cleaned. There was no comfortable outdoor seating, no extra linens, and the furniture and bedding had unpleasant odors. I initially did not want to stay, but the host suggested canceling without a refund, so I remained. For someone who values comfort, this was an unpleasant experience. It may be acceptable at a much lower price point, but it felt overpriced for what it is. The location was nice, and street parking was convenient.
